Stamping applies to PDF/TIFF productions (as opposed to Native File Productions). As part of the conversion of native files into TIFF or PDF formats, Vestige can electronically “stamp” the pages of the documents as they are being converted. Stamping may include a static stamp, such as “Confidential”, “Attorney Eyes Only” or other wording that is selected by the producing party. Or, stamping may be dynamic – such as labeling each page with a Bates number, Document Identifier (DocID) or any other set of information that changes based upon something (i.e. sequential number, naming convention, etc.)
