Mobley completes U.S. Navy Leadership Course

COLUMBUS, OH (Dec. 4, 2023) – Dustin Mobley, AS, BS, CCP, a Cybersecurity Analyst at Vestige, has completed the U.S. Navy Foundational Leadership Development Course (FLDC).
The Foundational Leader Development Course (FLDC) prepares E-3 and petty officers third class for increased leadership responsibilities in support of the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Navy Leader Development Framework. This course is designed to give the learner an introduction to self-awareness, the naval profession, and naval leadership and ethical decision making. The curriculum is very closely linked to the Navy core values and challenges learners to align their personal values to these values.

Additionally, I learned effective communication and decision making skills that will enhance my ability to communicate with Vestige clients and lead them to success” said Mobley.
Mobley completed the course Dec. 1 through 3 at the Naval Reserve Center (NRC) in Columbus, OH.
Mobley joined Vestige in 2023 as a Cybersecurity Analyst. In this role he is responsible for conducting proactive Cybersecurity Services. This includes helping contracted organizations with Cybersecurity Assessments, Readiness, Vulnerability Scanning, External Penetration Testing, Compliance Audits and IT General Control Audits. He also actively works with DoD contractors assisting with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
Dustin resides in Cleveland, OH. He honorably served in the U.S. Navy for five years where he earned a certificate of completion in Medical Education and Training Command and served as a Hospital Corpsman. He continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He attended the University of Maryland University College where he earned an Associate of Arts degree in general studies. He went on to graduate from Tiffin University in Tiffin, OH, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, majoring in Digital Forensics and minoring in Cybersecurity. The summer of 2022, Dustin interned at Vestige.
He is currently working on a Master of Information and Cybersecurity (MICS), from the University of California, Berkeley. Expected graduation is April of 2025.
Dustin holds CompTIA Security+ and eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Testing (eJPT), and Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) certifications.
